Senior Ski Trip 2024

We are excited about our upcoming ski trip to Crooked Creek/Winter Park, CO and we’re so glad your child is going with us! This is your source for all things ski trip. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

PAYMENTS

The trip base cost is $1,350. Any additional items purchased (ex: lesson, equipment upgrade, extra insurance, etc.) will be calculated and billed separately.

Deposit due at registration : $350

Payment 2 due Nov 1 : $500

Payment 3 due Dec 1 : $500

Payment will then be due for anyone who purchased a lesson, equipment upgrade, extra insurance, etc. This additional amount will be calculated and billed to you separately as we receive it from our travel agent AFTER November 15.

*All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • 3-day lift ticket to Winter Park, 3 day basic ski rental, 3 day helmet rental

  • breakfast and dinner (meals on the road & meals on the slopes are not included)

  • chartered bus transportation to and from Colorado

  • daily shuttle to and from slopes

  • 4 nights lodging at Young Life's Crooked Creek Ranch

  • Young Life ski trip t-shirt

OPTIONS AT AN ADDITIONAL COST:

- ski or snowboard lesson: half-day lessons are $199

- upgraded skis: $28-$37/day

- snowboard: $5-$37/day

For those who purchase a lesson, equipment upgrade, extra insurance, etc. that additional amount will be calculated and billed to you separately as we receive it from our travel agent AFTER November 15.

*All required forms will be due NOVEMBER 15th!

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT

You are able to make online payments AND check your balance through your personalized payment link (which can be found in the email you received when you registered - subject line: Registration Confirmation for Pearce Young Life Senior Ski Trip). If you cannot find that email, let us know and we can resend. You will receive email reminders before payments are due.

FORMS

There are 3 forms needed for your child’s ski trip.

FORMS DUE DATE: Wednesday, November 15th!

1) SKI DADDY: LIFT TICKETS, EQUIPMENT RENTALS & WINTER PARK WAIVER

  • Click HERE

  • Click the orange “sign up” button in the top right corner

  • This is where you will select upgrades and book a lesson (both are optional)

2) HEALTH FORM

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW BEFORE ACCESSING THE HEALTH FORM.

  • You should receive an email today from rayloffice@gmail.com with your child's REGISTRANT ID and ACCESS CODE which you will need in order to complete the health form. If you did not receive this email, please let me know.

    *A PHYSICIAN’S SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL CAMPERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 AND/OR WITH CERTAIN HEALTH CONDITIONS. If it’s needed, the system will prompt you and generate the form.

  • Create an account (or login to your existing account if you have completed a health form for a previous YL trip)

  • Click “Create New Form” (OR click “Make a Copy” if your child has an existing form from camp this past summer that you would like to use)

  • When asked for registrant ID/access code, click on the BLUE BOX above that says “Don’t have registrant ID?”

  • Enter/select the following information

    • Home Area - TX09

    • Camp - Crooked Creek

    • Guest Type - Camper

    • Dates: 12/28/24 - 01/01/25 (Please note this does NOT include travel dates)

  • Please make sure you upload a copy of your child’s immunization record

3) CONDUCT AGREEMENT
